1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.virhino.com or engaging Virhino for custom software engineering, artificial intelligence advisory, or automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written Master Services Agreement (MSA), all custom software code, data schemas, deployment scripts, and proprietary algorithms developed specifically for a client upon full payment transfer 100% to the client. Virhino retains no vendor lock-in or ongoing royalty claims.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All client communications, business metrics, and technical requirements submitted to Virhino are treated as strictly confidential proprietary assets and protected under standard mutual non-disclosure principles.
4. Warranties & Support
Virhino delivers production-grade software adhering to agreed-upon specifications and automated unit/integration tests. Formal service level agreements (SLAs), bug-fix warranty windows, and ongoing maintenance retainers are governed by individual project statements of work.
5. Governing Law
